  1. General Refund Policy

Course fees paid are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our Master Litigation Certificate Course (Basic & Advance) under certain conditions.

  1. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Attend all classes in the first 30 days.
  • Submit all assignments issued within the first 30 days properly and on time.
  1. Refund Request 

PeriodRefund requests must be made between the 30th and 45th day from the official commencement date of the course. Requests made before or after this period will not be entertained.

  1. Processing Refunds

We may take up to 60 days to process a refund, but we strive to complete it within 14 days of a valid request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.

  1. Future Course Enrollment

If you receive a refund, you must disclose this if you attempt to enroll in future courses. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have received a refund in the past.

  1. Return of Materials

Refunds will only be processed upon the return of any hard copy materials received, in good condition, to Trial Tactics Litigation Academy by registered post.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
